Terms and Service Agreement

Terms for property operators using the Checkinger service.

Last updated: September 14, 2026Document: TERMS

This document summarises the basis on which an accommodation business, hotel manager or authorised user may use Checkinger. Prices, duration, termination, liability, consumer and commercial-contract provisions are governed by the applicable agreement.

Subject and scope

The agreement covers use of Checkinger’s digital self check-in and stay-information services. Features depend on the selected plan, order or proposal, add-ons and technical integrations.

Accounts and authorised users

The property is responsible for accurate account details, current permissions and protecting access to management accounts. Shared credentials, unauthorised access and permissions granted to third parties must be managed by the property.

Guest data and content

The property must have the authority to provide reservation, guest, room, access-code and guide content and must provide required notices and permissions to guests. Checkinger acts only for the agreed service purposes.

Plans, fees and payment

The plan price, billing period, taxes and payment conditions must be stated clearly in the order or proposal. Changes to fees or plans are subject to the notice and termination rules in the final agreement.

Availability and support

Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, support and any service-level terms must be stated separately in writing. Properties should maintain an alternative guest-contact or entry procedure for critical situations.

Prohibited use

The service may not be used for unlawful access, unauthorised collection, bypassing security controls, transmitting malicious code or infringing third-party rights. Access may be restricted where an infringement is reasonably suspected.

Termination and exit

The final agreement should define account access, data export, deletion and outstanding payment obligations after termination. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

Law and communications

Governing law, venue, notices and dispute resolution are stated in the applicable signed agreement.
